These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qero VPN ("Qero VPN", "we", "us", or "our") and the Qero VPN mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لخدمة Qero VPN ("نحن" أو "لنا") وتطبيق Qero VPN ("التطبيق"). عبر تنزيل التطبيق أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1. Service Description

Qero VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that helps you create an encrypted connection between your device and our VPN servers. The service is intended to enhance privacy and security on supported networks.
توفر Qero VPN خدمة شبكة افتراضية خاصة (VPN) تساعدك على إنشاء اتصال مُشفّر بين جهازك وخوادم VPN الخاصة بنا. تهدف الخدمة إلى تعزيز الخصوصية والأمان على الشبكات المدعومة.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the App, or have permission from a parent/legal guardian.

You agree not to use Qero VPN to:

- Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or perform attacks (e.g., DDoS).
- Send spam, phishing content, or abusive automated traffic.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or violate third-party rights.

4. Fair Use

We may apply fair use measures to protect service quality and prevent abuse. This may include rate limiting, blocking suspicious traffic, or restricting access for activities that materially impact network performance or security.
قد نطبق إجراءات الاستخدام العادل لحماية جودة الخدمة ومنع الإساءة. وقد يشمل ذلك تقييد المعدلات أو حظر الحركة المشبوهة أو تقييد الوصول للأنشطة التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على أداء الشبكة أو أمنها.
5. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments

Qero VPN offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription options, pricing, and duration are displayed in the App before purchase.
توفر Qero VPN خطط اشتراك متجددة تلقائيًا تمنح الوصول إلى المزايا المدفوعة. يتم عرض خيارات الاشتراك والأسعار والمدة داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام الشراء.
5.1 Free Trial

Some plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable fee. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
قد تتضمن بعض الخطط تجربة مجانية. إذا لم تقم بالإلغاء قبل انتهاء التجربة، فسيتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا وسيتم خصم الرسوم المناسبة. كما سيتم إلغاء أي جزء غير مستخدم من التجربة المجانية (إن وُجدت) عند شراء الاشتراك.
5.2 Apple App Store Billing (iOS)

For iOS users, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

For Android users, payment will be charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in Google Play before the end of the current billing period, according to Google Play policies and your local settings.

5.4 Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, or availability in all locations. Performance can vary due to network conditions, device capabilities, and regional restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and all related content are owned by Qero VPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
التطبيق والعلامة التجارية وكافة المحتويات ذات الصلة مملوكة لـ Qero VPN أو للمرخّصين لها ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if your use poses risks to the service, users, or infrastructure. You may stop using the App at any time, but you remain responsible for any charges incurred through your subscription until it is canceled.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
